By subscribing to a service on BeastHost, the customer accepts all points referred to in this document, representing all the minimum conditions for beasthost's provision of the services. 1.2. BeastHost reserves the right to change this document without notice, and it is the customer's responsibility to verify them whenever necessary. Changes shall, where possible, be notified via digital media or by updating the end date in this document. 1.3. BeastHost may also make customer data available for judicial purposes if requested by competent authorities and legally registered as such. 1.4. Failure to comply with the terms herein may result in the cancellation and termination, in whole or in part, of the services associated with the customer. 1.5. If any service impairs the proper development of the services provided, BeastHost is entitled to suspend/terminate the service without notice. 2. Web Hosting 2.1. The hosting of illegal content and/or related to paedophilia, racism, terrorism or hacking is expressly prohibited. 2.2. BeastHost reserves the right to award the customer additional fees for any consumption of traffic, space, CPU or memory that may arise from the incorrect use of the service or lack of liability in the use of the service. 2.3. It is not allowed to use shared hosting services as a storage device for backups. 2.4. BeastHost reserves the right to remove and/or cancel the automatic backup of accounts that exceed the stipulated space limits. 3. Backups 3.1. In the event of termination of the service, the respective backups will be permanently deleted. 3.2. BeastHost makes local and remote backups of all accommodations on a daily basis, and it is the customer's responsibility to make their own backups. 3.3. BeastHost retains the right not to provide backups of Teamspeak or any other type of service. 3.4. BeastHost does not back up TeamSpeak3, Hosting and Resellers if the customer wants daily backups contact support. 3.5. Automatic backups will only be processed on hosting accounts that do not exceed 5GB of space. 4. Support 4.1. BeastHost retains the right to deny support to any customer who requests support outside of our opening hours. 4.2. Abuse against our team will not be tolerated. The use of aggressive language, threats or offenses may lead to the suspension or cancellation of your services. 5th DownTime 5.1. BeastHost reserves the right to interrupt its services for as long as necessary, first notifying the customer for maintenance operations and/or other interventions it deems essential. 7th Refunds 7.1. In any situation BeastHost provides for a full or partial refund of our services. No refund will also be guaranteed in the event of abuse or breach of our terms of service and policies for the use of the service. 7.2. After payment, the customer has 24 Hours to ask for their money back with a valid reason, and the refund will be added to their customer account. Services allowed: Accommodations and TeamSpeak 3. 8. DMA or Take Down 8.1. After receiving a take down, BeastHost gives the customer 48 hours to remove the content or service from our purview, if there is no exercise, BeastHost permanently removes the content. 9. Privacy Policy 9.1. At no time will BeastHost provide such data to third parties, except when requested under legal orders. 9.2. BeastHost's privacy policy thus falls within the circumstances provided for by applicable law. 10. Admission Rights 10.1. BeastHost reserves the right to refuse or cancel the provision or renewal of any service, exempting itself from justification in its final decision. If the service is cancelled after activating the account, the customer will be refunded the amount for the period paid for the account concerned. 11. Conduct 11.1. The contracting of services implies the full acceptance of these terms and conditions. 11.2. BeastHost reserves the right to change these Terms of Service, its products and services and their tariffs/conditions, where it deems necessary, without notice.
